Quacking On ...

My Grandma gave me this lovely string of ducks. I've been looking at them on the window sill for ages and Daddy finally brought them down to show me close up.

They bob up and down when they go along - I was fascinated!

Grandma's Home!

My Gran just came back from a trip to England and France to visit the rest of the family. My Aunt Gill sent back a lovely parcel which Gran helped me open.

I'm not sure which was better - the cute suit inside, or the lovely orange paper!!

I'm on Solids!

Ha - now this is a serious meal! Daddy cooked sugar smoke-baked salmon with mashed spud, fennel and chives. It looks YUM (and it smells great too)!

When we went to see the Dalai Lama, we also saw this amazing sand mandala.


Mummy and I sat outside to have lunch and it was a bit cool so I wore my very cute pixie jumper that my special "Aunty" Katrina gave me.

Specially Blessed Cuddles

Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche came to visit me again. This time he could cuddle me. MUCH better!! Last time I was inside a box in hospital.

We met up at the Dalai Lama's seminar on the weekend.

Special Dinner Chair

Now I have my very own chair - and a table too! I really love to sit up with everyone else at dinner time. My toys make a lovely loud noise when I bang them on the table ...

I do need a cushion and a pillow to make sure I don't slide out! I'm sure I'll grow into it.

Thank you so much to every one who gave me all these lovely toys! I'm really trying to grow as big as most of them! My lovely little monkey is just the right size for me to cuddle.

Zipperhead

Any self-respecting punk would prefer safety pins, but a zipper is far more practical!

Seriously, my stitches have all dissolved now so I'm looking much more neat and tidy.

I had my 4 month checkup at the hospital last Wednesday and weighed in at 5.82kg - tracking nicely along the 5th percentile mark on the growth chart (meaning 95% of babies at the same developmental age are heavier than me). My head circumference is tracking along the 25th percentile - so obviously I'm going to be very brainy!!
